The Fresno State Pre-Vet Club will host a “Dog Paws and Santa Claus” holiday portrait event from 7 a.m. to noon Saturday, Dec. 1, at the campus livestock judging pavilion (corner of Woodrow and Portals avenues). Customers can bring their dogs for a five-minute photo session with Santa Claus that includes five photos for $10. Other pricing options include a 10-minute session and eight photos for $20 or a 15-minute session and 12 photos for $25.
Proceeds will support club members to take field trips to veterinary schools and gain experience in other industry-related activities. The club has over 40 active members who get additional hands-on training at a spring vaccine and microchip campus clinic, at the Fresno Bully Rescue and the Furlong Field dog park in west Fresno.
