The Fresno State Horticulture Nursery will host its annual fall plant sale from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday, Sept. 22, at the nursery, 3150 E. Barstow Ave. (northeast corner of Chestnut and Barstow avenues). Special prices are available for fall and winter season vegetable and plant seedlings, succulents, shrubs, perennials and houseplants that are ready to plant. Attendees can choose from over 20 varieties of vegetable, herb and edible green plants, including broccoli, brussels sprouts, peas, cauliflower, arugula, cilantro, thyme, oregano, rosemary, kale and choi.
