Tickets to see JAY Z perform at the Save Mart Center are on sale. The rapper will perform on Wednesday, Nov. 1, in support of his new album “4:44.” This will be the rapper’s second time in Fresno. He performed a sold-out show at the Save Mart Center during his “Magna Carter Tour” in November 2009. The “4:44 Tour” will kick off Friday, Oct. 27, in Anaheim and will run until Dec. 21.
