New seasonal products will be showcased at the Gibson Farm Market Holiday Open House (5368 N. Chestnut Ave) from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday and Friday, Dec. 1 and 2. Customers can sample peppermint-coated almonds designed by food processing unit students each day from 1 to 5 p.m. Other new products include peppermint bark, peppermint almonds, apple cider almonds, cranberry pistachio bark and chocolate-covered Oreos. Bulldog fans can also purchase gift baskets that feature various Fresno State food products and gifts.
