During the first week of sales for the 2016 harvest of Fresno State sweet corn, May 27 to June 2, there were 118,323 ears of corn sold (197 bins) for a total $39,047. That includes 74,587 ears of yellow corn, 22,962 ears of bi-color corn, 10,862 ears of white corn and 826 pre-bagged (12 ears per bag). First day sales on May 27 set a record with 36,892 ears sold.
